Reservations are
accepted from 8am til 11pm daily.
Reservations of two nights or less require
a one night deposit plus NJ sales and lodging
tax.
All other reservations require a minimum
deposit of two nights plus NJ sales and
lodging tax.
Because of our small
size, cancellations affect us significantly.
Therefore, we adhere to a very strict
policy. Guests are responsible for all
nights reserved regardless of guest’s
actual arrival or departure date. In
the event of cancellation, the deposit
will be refunded if the Chateau is notified
more than 10 days before arrival. Should
notification be made less than ten days
before arrival, all deposit payments
will be forfeited unless the space can
be re-rented for the entire reserved
period. Please note: All cancellations
are subject to a $25 handling charge.
